The mechanics, rules and conditions for the promotion are as follows:

  1. The name of the promotion is “Bring Colour Home For Christmas With Berger” Promotion 2026.
  2. Promotion period will be October 12, 2026- December 18, 2026
  3. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
  4. Employees, directors of BERGER PAINTS, respective advertising agencies –Advantage Advertising Limited and Shift Interactive Limited members of the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission (BGLC), participating hardware stores, as well as their immediate families (their parents, siblings, spouses and children) are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
  5. Participants are allowed to enter as many times as they wish to increase their chances of winning, however, only one prize will be awarded per person in the bi-3. Each proof of purchase can only be used once and any attempts thereafter with the same proof of purchase will be void.
  6. The winner must present a valid ID. when redeeming his/her prizes. The only valid ID’s that will be accepted are Voter’s ID, Passport or Driver’s License.
  7. Non-cash prizes cannot be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash. Unless otherwise set forth herein, winners of the weekly prizes shall be solely responsible for all costs not specifically described as part of the prize.

How to enter:

  • Shoppers will upload their proof of purchase in the form of an invoice/receipt for every three (3) gallons of Berger Paints purchased in participating hardware stores, The Colour Shop and our Depots. Products are Berger Everglow, Berger Weatherproof Ultra, Berger Royale Satin, Berger Royale Gloss, Berger 404, Berger 303, Berger Rust Pro and Magicote Low Sheen. Products can be purchased in one gallon or 5-gallon pails.

The proof of purchase in the form of an invoice/receipt must be submitted along with their contact information (name, email address (optional) and telephone number) via portal through QR code provided. Consumers can also send a WhatsApp message to +1 876 214-5756 and receive a prompt to access upload portal. Only the entrant’s name, phone number are mandatory.

  • All entrants must retain their invoice/receipt (proof of purchase) for collection of prizes.
  • The Promotion is valid from October 12 ,2026 until 11:59 PM EST December 18, 2026. BERGER PAINTS is not responsible for late, incomplete, misdirected entries or printing errors. All entries received from ineligible entrants will be void. All entries become the property of Berger Paints.
  • Each invoice or receipt can only be used once and all subsequent entry submission with the same prize code will be void.

PRIZES:

TOTAL OF FIVE (5) BI-WEEKLY CASH PRIZE VALUED AT JMD$70,000.00 each

TOTAL OF FIVE (5) BI-WEEKLY GIFT-ME VOUCHERS valued at JMD$35,000.00 each

TOTAL OF FIVE (5) BI-WEEKLY JPS VOUCHERS VALUED AT JMD $20,000.00 each

Three (3) bi-weekly prize winners will be selected per draw:

The first person randomly selected for the bi-weekly prizes based on the specific entry requirements will win:

  • One (1) cash prize with a value of JMD$70,000.00 each as the 1st place winner.

The second person randomly selected for the bi-weekly prizes based on the specific entry requirements will win:

  • One (1) Gift-Me vouchers with a value of JMD$35,00. 00 each as the 2nd place winner. These vouchers have no expiration dates.

The third person randomly selected for the bi-weekly prizes based on the specific entry requirements will win:

  • One (1) JPS voucher with a value of JMD$20,000. 00 each as the 3rd place winner. These vouchers have no expiration date.

One (1) person will be randomly selected, at the end of the promotion period, for the grand prize based on the specific entry requirements.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE WINNER:

  • The first person drawn will win the Grand Prize of cash: $500,000.00

The Total of all prizes is $1,125,000.00

All cash recipient must have a valid bank account to receive prize.

SELECTION OF WINNERS and REDEMPTION OF WINNERS

  • The backend for the random draws will be done by Shift Interactive Limited through socialhive promotion platform. Shift Interactive Limited, which was previously approved for the selection process). Located at 13 Haining Road, suite 15 & 16, Kingston 5
  • Any unclaimed prize will become void and remain the property of Berger Paints.
  • Participants may enter as often as they wish, but receipts are only valid once. Duplicate receipts will be removed from the database from which the draw will be conducted.
  • Entries will be randomly selected from the database containing the phone numbers, proof of purchase and dates of entry from which the entry was submitted. The draw will be done by 1:00p.m. on each of the draw dates listed. Entries will be closed at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the entry period
  • Following the first draw on Monday, October 26, 2026, non-winning entries will not be rolled over into subsequent bi-weekly draws.

The draws are as follows:

All entries received between October 12, 2026, and December 18, 2026, are eligible for the grand prize draw which will take place on December 22, 2026 at 10 am at Shift Interactive Limited, 13 Haining Road, suite 15 & 16, Kingston 5. This also includes the previous bi-weekly winners.

  1. There will be sixteen (16) total winners for this promotion.
  2. An additional three (3) entries for each prize will then be selected to function as backup winners for each prize winner drawn.
  3. The winners will be notified by telephone within two (2) working days from the date of the draw. Contact will be attempted by telephone two (2) times a day over a two (2) day period. If the winner cannot be contacted, another winner will be selected from the backup winners (in the order selected). In the event that no winner can be found, or a prize remains unclaimed after two (2) months, Berger Paints reserves the right to retain possession of the prizes.
  4. Berger Paints Jamaica Limited reserves the right to use any winners voice, image, etc. Without payment. Refusal to do the same will result in forfeiture of the prize. The names and photos of all winners may be published in the Press, Television, and social media platforms without payment.
  5. BERGER PAINTS and or its representatives reserve the right, with prior approval from the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission (BGLC), to examine identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the information presented.
  6. The Winners will be required to provide proof of their age and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Prize Acceptance and Release within five days of the notification to be confirmed as the winner. If the winner declines to fulfil these conditions to collect the prize, their eligibility will be voided, and another winner will be chosen from the pool of backup winners. If the selected winner is unable to meet any of these criteria by the time the validity of the prize expires, their eligibility will be voided.
  7. If a winner does not redeem the prize in the manner described above, BERGER PAINTS reserves the right, with prior approval from the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission, to disqualify such winner and to select a replacement winner from the remaining qualifying preselected backup entrants. BERGER PAINTS shall not be responsible for failed attempts to redeem a prize and no responsibility is assumed by BERGER PAINTS for any problem(s) associated with attempt(s) to redeem a prize(s). BERGER PAINTS is not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prizes. In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that BERGER PAINTS reserves the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner, across any advertising medium and for promotional purposes and without financial remuneration.
  8. Privacy / Use of Personal Information: BERGER PAINTS may gather Personal Information provided by entrants for the purposes of conducting and managing this contest and may, for this purpose, disclose such Personal Information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and as may be required by regulatory authorities. Personal Information may include but is not limited to: name (full name or first initial and last name), maiden name, email address, telephone number and physical address. This information is only collected when volunteered by an individual entering the contest. If the requested Personal Information is not provided, then an individual will not be able to participate in the contest. Each entrant gives permission to BERGER PAINTS to send promotional messages to them.
  9. Claims: Under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to seek the award of damages, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages or any other damages, and to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the BERGER PAINTS location governing their jurisdiction and agree to waive the right to a jury trial with respect to any claim or dispute with regard to any aspect of this promotion or official promotion rules.
