The project was conceptualized to centrally locate the entire operations of the Barbados Water Authority in three building along the Pine East West Blvd section of the ABC highway.

Colour consistency was our major concern for the interior finishes. Our solution was to work closely with the contractor so that we got the entire quantities needed for the project months in advance. The paint was then manufactured from one batch for the specific colours and stored in the warehouse, from where the contractor then drew down paint as needed.

Berger ALD Primer,  Berger Royale Satin and Epoxy Enamel were the products used. Royale Satin was chosen for its stain resistance, sheen level and scrubbability. Epoxy Enamel was chosen for the workshop floors because of its high resistance to spillage of alkali, acid, and salt.

Berger WeatherProof Ultra Flat Emulsion was chosen for its resistance to severe tropical weather and its seven-year warranty.
